At peetambar.in, every poshak is crafted with care, devotion, and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure quality, hygiene, and authenticity.

🔁 Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

Change of mind
Incorrect selection or size
Minor color or design variations
Personal preference

✅ Eligible Returns (Damaged Products Only)

Returns are accepted only in cases where the product is severely damaged during transit or delivery.

To be eligible:

The product must have major visible damage (not minor defects or variations)
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Original packaging must be intact

📸 Proof Requirement

To process your request, you must provide:

Clear photos or videos of the damaged product
Images of the packaging (outer and inner)
Order details

🚫 Non-Returnable Conditions

We will not accept returns if:

The product has been used or altered
The request is made after 48 hours of delivery
Damage is minor or due to normal wear
The issue is due to incorrect usage or handling

💰 Refund Policy

✅ When Refunds Are Applicable

Refunds are processed only after:

The returned product is received by us
The product is inspected and approved

🔄 Refund Process

Once approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method
Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take additional time to reflect

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers may be required to ship the product back to us
Return shipping costs may be:
- Covered by us (if damage is verified as transit issue), or
- Borne by the customer (case-dependent)

Shipping instructions will be shared after request approval.

Each product is handmade/handcrafted; slight variations in color, design, or texture are natural and not considered defects
We reserve the right to reject return/refund requests if conditions are not met
All decisions regarding returns and refunds will be final and binding
