Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our shipping partner

Customers must provide accurate address and contact details
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information
If delivery fails due to unavailability, the courier may attempt re-delivery

📦 Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives severely damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos
For lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue
